John Ayres

for his involvement and

recently, John was

Tim Ayres has been
a practicing attorney in
Johnstown since 1982
after graduating with a
Juris Doctor Degree from
the Thomas M. Cooley
School of Law in Lansing,
Michigan. Tim holds an
Associate Degree from
Brandywine College (now
Widener University) in
Wilmington, DE, and a
Bachelor of Science
Degree from Jacksonville
University in Florida.
Tim now concentrates his
practice on Real Estate
law, Social Security
Disability, Personal
Injury claims, Estate
Planning and Decedent's
Estate Administration,
Adoption law, and Small
Business and Corporation
law .
Tim also contributes
much of his free time to
community service,
including the Kiwanis
Club of Johnstown, former
President of the Tiny
Tim, Inc., which is a
charity for
underprivileged children,
and President of the
Christian Home of
Johnstown, which is a
group home for young
girls.
Tim also maintains
professional membership
in NOSSCR (National
Organization of Social
Security Claimant's
Representatives), the
Cambria County and PA Bar
Associations, the Cambria
and Somerset Counties
Estate Planning Council,
and is admitted to the
Courts of Cambria County,
the Superior and Supreme
Courts of PA, the U.S.

Tim enjoys a wide
variety of activities
outside the legal
profession, including
golf, tennis and
horseback riding. Tim is
also an Ordained Elder
and Deacon of the First
Presbyterian Church of
Johnstown. Tim has an
avid interest in the
study of the American
Civil War, on which he
often is guest lecturer
at various groups and
schools, including the
University of Pittsburgh
at Johnstown.
Linda Rovder
Fleming is a family law
attorney who has been
with the law offices of
Ayres, Ayres &
Fleming since 1992. She
is a 1985 graduate of The
Pennsylvania State
University and a 1988
graduate of The Dickinson
School of Law, where she
served as Articles Editor
of the Law Review.
Linda is a 12-year member
of the Cambria County Bar
Association Board of
Managers, and she is
currently serving as the
first woman President of
the Association in
2004-2005. She also
serves as Chairperson of
its Public Relations
Committee.
Linda is a member of
the Pennsylvania Bar
Association Family Law
Section and a former
member of the Legal
Ethics and Professional
Responsibility Committee.
She has served as
President of the Young
Lawyers Division of the
Cambria County Bar
Association, Zone 8
Chairperson of the PBA
Young Lawyers Division
and Vice President of the
Cambria County Court
Appointed Special
Advocate (CASA) Advisory
Board.
Linda devotes much of
her time to civic
matters. She is a member
of the Board of Directors
of United Way of the
Laurel Highlands and an
active member of St.
Clement Parish, where she
serves as a lector,
Eucharistic Minister and
committee chairperson.
Linda has also served as
President of the Board of
Directors of
Cambria-Somerset
Outstanding Young Women
(formerly Jr. Miss, Inc.)
and served as an advisor
for the Pennsylvania Bar
Association "high
school mock trial teams
at Bishop McCort,
Westmont Hilltop and
Johnstown High
Schools." She is a
former member of the
Board of Trustees of The
Dickinson School of Law
and the Governors
Trial Court Nominating
Commission under former
Governor Robert Casey.
She is a frequent mentor
and career counselor for
aspiring young attorneys.
In 1995, Linda was
honored by the YWCA of
Greater Johnstown in its
Tribute to Women and by
the Greater Johnstown
Jaycees as an Outstanding
Young Citizen.
Linda is married to
Thomas P. Fleming, Jr.,
Principal at Richland
Senior High School. They
have two sons, Ryan (10)
and Tyler (8). The family
resides in Richland.
