    Estate administration is the process of opening a decedent's estate through the probate laws, administering those assets through the court system, and transferring ownership of the assets to the named beneficiaries under the decedent's Last Will and Testament or under the intestate laws of our Commonwealth. Our attorneys are experienced in handling all types and values of estates and we pride ourselves in our efficiency, promptness, and reasonable fees for handling all of our clients' estate needs.


    Estate planning is simply the process of passing assets from one generation to the next with the least amount of taxes and administration expenses permissible under the law. Our attorneys are prepared to handle your simple or complex estate plans to maximize the passing of assets between generations. We are prepared to advise you on Last Wills and Testaments, Living Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, and other more complex trust plans, Powers of Attorney and "Living Wills". We have handled clients who have had simple estate plans, as well as clients who have amassed a great fortune to pass on to their loved ones or charitable beneficiaries.


    A guardian is one who has been appointed by the Court to act on behalf of an incapacitated person; and who has been given the power by the Court to make decisions concerning all aspects of the incapacitated person's life, including financial and health matters. Our attorneys are experienced in handling all matters of guardianships through the Orphans' Court.
